His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II will patronize the first EU-Jordan Business Forum scheduled for June 11, 2024.
Organized by the European Union Delegation to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in collaboration with the Ministry of Investment, the Forum aims to enhance economic cooperation, promote investment opportunities, and strengthen trade relations between the EU and Jordan.
Prior to the Forum, H.E Kholoud Saqqaf, Jordan’s Minister of Investment, emphasized its significance, stating: “The EU-Jordan Business Forum ‘24 highlights Jordan’s commitment to creating a business-friendly environment and attracting foreign investment. Through close collaboration with our European partners, we strive to unlock new pathways for economic growth and innovation, positioning Jordan as a key investment hub in the region.”
Reflecting on the enduring relationship, EU Ambassador Chatzisavas mentioned: “The EU-Jordan Business Forum underscores the lasting partnership between Jordan and the European Union, united by a shared vision of economic prosperity and sustainable development. The Forum presents an opportunity for Jordanian and European companies to showcase their offerings and engage in business dialogue.”
The one-day Forum will convene key stakeholders from both regions, including government officials, business leaders, investors, and industry experts to discuss trade and investment barriers, investment opportunities, success stories, and sustainability initiatives in green industries and the digital economy.
Supported by partners like the Jordan Business Europe Association, the Forum aligns with the Global Gateway goals aimed at promoting investments in intelligent infrastructure on a global scale.
