All Nippon Airways (ANA) is set to launch three new routes to Europe from Tokyo’s Haneda Airport this winter.
Starting from 3 December, 2024, ANA will offer direct flights to Milan Malpensa (now known as Malpensa-Silvio Berlusconi International Airport), followed by new routes to Stockholm Arlanda Airport from 31 January, 2025, and Istanbul Airport from 12 February, 2025.
Flights on each route will operate three times a week, with ticket sales starting on 22 July. The Milan route will run on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday. Stockholm flights will be available on Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday, while Istanbul connections will operate on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday.
ANA’s president and CEO, Shinichi Inoue, stated, “These new routes demonstrate ANA’s dedication to meeting the growing travel demand between Japan and each destination. We aim to offer our passengers more options, enhanced customer experiences, and a seamless journey.”
Additionally, ANA will resume its Haneda-Vienna service on 2 August, with three weekly flights on Boeing 787-9 aircraft. This service will complement ANA’s daily flights to Munich and Paris from Haneda Airport.
According to ANA, the expanded European network is expected to boost bilateral exchanges and business travel demand.
